Botoff Consulting conducted the Estate and Household Compensation Survey. The survey included responses from 302 participating families/family offices for 30 positions. These are unique roles within households and estates, whose compensation is likely to differ from market levels in general industry. This compensation data reflects 2022 base salary, bonuses, and other compensation paid.
