Botoff Consulting conducted the Estate and Household Compensation Survey. As a leader in the family office compensation space and the premier provider of compensation data, we are committed to capturing and analyzing data to develop market trends – this study is the first in the family office world that focuses solely on roles in the following categories:

  • Facilities Management

The survey included responses from 302 participating families/family offices for 30 positions. These are unique roles within households and estates, whose compensation is likely to differ from market levels in general industry. This compensation data reflects 2022 base salary, bonuses, and other compensation paid.
